HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

call 01548 561673  between 9am -9pm to confirm availability or fill in

the enquiry form on the contact us page.

Your details can be taken over the telephone along with a credit/debit card deposit

(a non-refundable deposit of £20 pppn is payable to secure your booking).

Confirmation of your reservation will then be posted or emailed to you.

As all deposits are non refundable we strongly advise all guest take out suitable holiday insurance.

Terms and Conditions

Room and rate details:

Rates are per person, per night and based on a minimum of 2 persons sharing a double/twin room. Rates include room and Full English Breakfast.

All tariffs quoted on this website include VAT at 17.5%

All rooms are en-suite, have tea and coffee making facilities, clock-radio, television and hair dryer.
Complimentary Toiletries in all rooms. Iron and Shoe Polishing Kit available to loan from reception.

Normal Arrival / Check In between 3.00pm - 5.00pm and 7.00pm - 10.00pm.

Rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Single occupancy of rooms - 2 Times Adult Rate pn.

CHILDREN SHARING PARENTS ROOM B&B Rates:

We welcome children over the age of 5.

A fold out bed is available in room 16 priced at £20.00 per night

Children occupying a separate room to parents will be charged at full adult rate.

CANCELLATION:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation within 5 days/non arrival/curtailment of stay shall result in full payment being charged to your account; any cancelled nights that are subsequently re-let shall be reimbursed to your account less the non refundable deposit amount.

ACCESS STATEMENT

The property is approached by a sloped driveway leading to 11 steps with handrails to the front entrance porch. The rooms are located on the first and second floors and are reached by a minimum of 14 steps with handrails.
