We now offer packed lunches, perfect for your day on the beach or walk along the beautiful coast paths. Each lunch comprises of a freshly made sandwich (range of fillings) a bag of walkers crisps, a kit kat,

a piece of fruit and a bottle of water all for only £4.50 per person.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

First call 01548 561673 to check availability or fill in the enquiry form on the contact us page.

Your details can be taken over the telephone along with a credit/debit card deposit (a non-refundable deposit of £20 pppn is payable to secure your booking). Confirmation of your reservation will then be posted to you.

As all deposits are non refundable we strongly advise all guest take out suitable holiday insurance.

Room and rate details:

Rates are per person, per night and based on a minimum of 2 persons sharing a double/twin room. Rates include room and Full English Breakfast.

All tariffs quoted on this website include VAT at 17.5%

All rooms are en-suite, have tea and coffee making facilities, clock-radio, television and hair dryer.
Complimentary Toiletries in all rooms. Iron and Shoe Polishing Kit available to loan from reception.

Normal Arrival / Check In from 3.00pm Rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Please do not arrive before 3.00pm (unless by prior arrangement).

Doubles/Twin Room: Smaller rooms, no sea views.
Country View/Alcove View Rooms : Country views (one with bath).
Sea View:  King bed room with outstanding views over the Village and Cove. Shower en-suite

Cove View:  Super King bed room with side views over the Village and Cove.
Balcony Room with Outstanding views from Balcony: Super King bed with Bathroom en-suite.

Single occupancy of rooms - 2 Times Adult Rate pn.

CHILDREN SHARING PARENTS ROOM B&B Rates:

We welcome children over the age of 5.

A fold out bed is available priced at £20.00 per night

Children occupying a separate room to parents will be charged at full adult rate.
